This tropical twist on the classic Moscow Mule adds the sweetness of pineapple juice and coconut rum to complement the zesty flavors of lime and ginger beer. It's a delightful and refreshing summer drink option. Cheers!

  • 2 oz coconut rum
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 4 oz ginger peer
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • Lime slices (for garnish)
  • Mint leaves (for garnish)
  • Ice cubes
  1. Fill a copper mug or highball glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour in the coconut rum and fresh lime juice.
  3. Add the ginger beer to the mug or glass.
  4. Give the mixture a gentle stir to combine the ingredients.
  5. Top off with pineapple juice.
